Gamble gushed, “We appreciate Netflix’s dedication to You and the fact that viewers all over the world have laughed at Joe’s misfortunes over the course of the show’s three seasons. The whole cast and crew of You can’t wait to delve into darker aspects of love in the upcoming fourth season.
Plot of Season 4 of You
Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) was last seen prowling the streets of Paris incognito, suggesting he had emigrated worldwide after murdering his wife Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti), deserting their child, and faking his own death. This is typical nonsense from Joe Goldberg. The librarian who exposed his murderous tendencies in the third season finale, Marienne Bellamy (Tati Gabrielle), was expecting him to travel to Paris to find her. We now have the most information ever about the upcoming season, including its setting, the identity of the protagonist’s love interest (or obsession), and much more.
When will Netflix upload season four of You?
The good news is that Netflix has officially greenlit a fourth season of You.
The first half of the season premiered on February 10, 2023, just in time for Valentine’s Day. We’ll have to wait until March 10, 2023, for the second instalment to arrive. So put a note in your diaries for those times!
The cast and crew of the Netflix show shared a clapperboard from the set on March 22, 2022, announcing the beginning of production on season four in London. Typical Joe style, he had bled all over the board.
A Look at the Season 4 Cast of You
After Joe suddenly left his previous life in Madre Linda, many new faces were added to the cast for Season 4. As expected, Badgley will return as Joe Goldberg, and Tati Gabrielle will play Marienne Bellamy once again.
Joe’s next object of obsession is newcomer Charlotte Ritchie (Ghosts), who plays Kate despite her initial distaste for Joe. There’s a chance she found out about his dark past. Lukas Gage (Euphoria, The White Lotus) portrays Joe’s rival and fellow expat, Adam, who is said to be a gambler and party animal. Lady Phoebe, Charlotte’s friend, will be portrayed by Tilly Keeper (Eastenders), literature student Nadia by Amy Leigh Hickman (Outlander), and eccentric author and politician Rhys by Ed Speleers (Outlander).
Some of the other new cast members are: Niccy Lin, Aidan Cheng, Stephen Hagan, Ben Wiggins, Eve Austin, Ozioma Whenu, Dario Coates, Sean Pertwee, Brad Alexander, Alison Pargeter, and Adam James.
