MyFedLoan Servicing was established by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA). More than 50 years of student experience to support the U.S.Department of Education’s ability to service student loans owned by their federal government. The work which MyFedLoan does is one of the limited numbers of organizations approved by the Department of Education. This Department of Education take care of the loans and see whether the borrowers are getting loans with ease and convenient ways to manage their student loans.
Sign Up in MyFedLoan:
- Go to the following link to create a new account.
- Then click on “Create an Account.”
- First, Enter your Personal Information like first name, last name, email address, DOB, & etc.
- Then Enter your Residential Details like address, city, state, country, & etc.
- Then Enter your contact details such as Phone number, Mobile number, Landline Number, & etc.
- Now enter your Bank Account details, your credit score, & etc.
- Now read all the Terms and Conditions carefully so that you do not have to face any problems at the further stage for your loan.
MyFedLoan Login:
- Go to the following link to go on sign in page.
- After going to the link, click the “Sign In Now” button.
- Now enter your username.
- Then enter your password.
- Then click on the “Sign In” button.
- And if you are having any trouble logging in, click on the “Trouble in Logging In” button.
MyFedLoan Refund:
The MyFedLoan provides you with a system of refunds. There is a system that helps you request your payment back when you realize you want to avoid making it. But there is a condition where you can only get the refund on the charges we made since March 13, 2020.

Can FedLoan be forgiven?
Suppose you are employed full-time with a qualifying public service organization or serving full-time in a volunteer service program to send applicants on extending terms to the area of high needs. In that case, you could qualify for forgiveness on your Direct Loans after 120 qualifying payments on an eligible repayment plan.
Is MOHELA taking over FedLoan?
Yes, On December 22, 2021, the Department of Education announced that MOHELA would take over Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
